PRICES PER PERSON PER DAY
for accommodation in double, triple or family rooms: PLN 259 (USD 72 / Euro 60) – adults, young people aged 13 and over PLN 169 (USD 47 / Euro 40) – children aged 4-12 (sharing a room with their parents) PLN 0 – children under 3 years old (sharing a room with their parents) PLN 190 (USD 53 / Euro 44) – single room supplementary charge PRICES FOR THE ENTIRE CONFERENCE: for accommodation in double, triple or family rooms: PLN 1,554 (USD 432 / Euro 360) – adult, youth aged 13 and over PLN 1,014 (USD 282 / Euro 240) – children aged 4-12 PLN 1,140 (USD 318 / Euro 264) – single room supplementary charge |
The price includes:
- accommodation with meals (breakfast and dinner in the form of a plentiful buffet),
- access to the Wellness Zone,
- bathrobes available on request,
- cleaning service,
- access to the Kids Club playroom and outdoor playground,
- 8% VAT on goods and services.
Additional charges:
- dog fee: PLN 40/day
- SPA treatments

As every year, we will be making conference T-shirts. To be better prepared, this year we want to give you the opportunity to order T-shirts in the right quantity and size to make sure that there will be enough for everyone.
If you would like a T-shirt from this year's conference as a souvenir, please indicate the quantity and size you would like to purchase on the registration form, and your T-shirt will be waiting for you at the venue :) The T-shirt design will be related to this year's conference theme. The cost will depend on the T-shirt design, which is based on the Polcon26 theme (price will not differ significantly from last year's prices) - details coming soon. :) |

The hotel accommodation fee for each registered person must be paid in full before the conference begins!
The payment will be credited towards your stay at the conference - it will cover the entire hotel stay.
Payments can be made in installments, but it is important that the entire amount is paid before June 14, 2026.
Registration without payment will NOT be processed.
